A: A signed digital contract and a deposit/retainer fee are required to reserve your date on our calendar. Dates are locked in on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q3: Can we customize a package to fit our specific schedule?
A: Absolutely. While we offer structured packages, every wedding is unique. We are happy to tailor hours, coverage options, and add-ons to match your exact itinerary.
Q4: Do you cover destination weddings or travel for events?
A: Yes, we love to travel! Whether your wedding is local or far away, we can put together a seamless travel package to cover your entire event.

Q6: We are camera-shy. Will you guide us on what to do?
A: You don't need to be professional models at all! We use relaxed verbal direction and gentle prompts rather than stiff poses. Our goal is to make you feel completely natural and comfortable.
Q7: Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?
A: Yes! Pre-wedding sessions are a fantastic way for us to get comfortable working together before the wedding day, while creating stunning, casual portraits for your website or save-the-dates.
Q8: Will you follow a photo shot-list provided by us?
A: We always request a family formal shot list prior to the wedding day to ensure we cover all key family groupings smoothly. For the rest of the day, we focus on capturing authentic, organic moments as they unfold naturally.
3. Delivery, Galleries & Editing
Q9: How long does it take to receive our final photos and videos?

Sneak Peeks: Delivered within 48–72 hours after your event.
Full Photo Gallery & Films: Delivered within 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the peak season schedule.
Q10: How will our final media be delivered to us?
A: You will receive a secure, high-resolution online digital gallery with unlimited downloads. You can easily share this gallery with family and friends or download files directly to your devices.
Q11: How many edited photos will we receive in total?
A: On average, you can expect roughly 50 to 70 high-resolution, fully edited photos per hour of coverage. We focus on delivering high-quality, memorable images rather than duplicates.
Q12: Do you provide unedited or RAW files?
A: No, we do not deliver RAW or unedited files. Unprocessed files represent an unfinished product; complete color grading, lighting adjustment, and retouching are essential parts of our signature artistic style.
4. Albums, Prints & Products
Q13: Do you offer physical wedding albums and prints?
A: Yes! We offer custom-designed, heirloom-quality physical albums, print boxes, and wall art. We design the layout for you using your favorite gallery selects.
Q14: Can our family and friends order prints directly from the gallery?
A: Yes, your online gallery includes an integrated print store where guests can order professional-grade prints, framed canvases, and keepsakes delivered straight to their doors.
5. Equipment, Contingencies & Legal
Q15: Do you carry backup equipment?
A: Always. We shoot with dual-card slot cameras (which back up every shot simultaneously) and bring extra camera bodies, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure absolute peace of mind.
Q16: What happens if it rains or the weather is poor?
A: Weather changes, but great imagery doesn't have to! We carry professional off-camera lighting and backup plans for indoor locations, allowing us to create rich, dramatic photos regardless of the weather.
Q17: What if our schedule runs behind on the wedding day?
A: Wedding days can be unpredictable! We build flexibility into our coverage timelines. If you need us to stay longer on the day of, overtime can be added on with simple hourly rates.
Q18: What happens if you are unable to attend due to an emergency?
A: In the rare event of severe illness or an emergency, we have a trusted network of experienced professional associate photographers who can shoot the wedding using our standards. We would still personally handle all post-production editing to maintain quality.
Q19: Are you fully insured?
A: Yes, we carry full liability and equipment insurance. If your wedding venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we are happy to provide it directly to them.
Q20: Do we get full rights to print and share our photos?
A: Yes! Every package includes a full personal print and sharing release, meaning you can download, share, and print your photos as much as you like for personal use.
